Mario Perone

Mario Pejrone is a senior executive with over 25 years of experience in general and strategic management, with strong expertise in organizational design, development of industrial and commercial partnerships, and the management of complex M&A transactions. He has built a solid track record in enhancing organizational performance in alignment with corporate strategies, optimizing operational processes, and implementing human resources management systems to support change initiatives.

Between 1998 and 2007, he held leadership roles in mid-sized and large organizations in Italy and internationally, serving as Sales & Marketing Director and Project Development Leader. From 2008 to 2017, he was part of the top management of an Italian multinational group, where he led market entry strategies, managed a Business Unit, and, as General Manager North America, oversaw local subsidiaries and led an acquisition in the United States. He lived in the U.S. from 2012 to 2018.

From 2019 to 2025, he served as Partner at Eurosearch Consultants, supporting family-owned and private equity–backed companies in organizational development, executive search, and managerial capability building.

As of January 2026, he is Partner at Kienbaum Italy, a firm recognized for its integrated approach to Executive Search, Leadership Assessment, Board Services, HR Transformation, and Organizational Development, supporting organizations and leadership teams in their growth, transformation, and long-term value creation.

Since 2018, he has been active in international strategic consulting, collaborating with Potomac International Partners (Washington, D.C.) as Senior International Advisor for Europe and Africa.
